We want you to feel confident every time you shop at The Halal Cart. If something is not right with your order, we make the return and refund process straightforward and hassle-free.


Return Window

You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return. We encourage you to inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us right away if you notice any issue.


Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item must be unopened and unused
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • The item must be a non-perishable product

Non-Returnable Items

Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Perishable food items
  • Fresh and frozen meat products
  • Opened or used products
  • Items not in original packaging

This policy complies with US food safety standards and protects the health of every customer we serve.


Return Shipping Cost

We offer free returns. If we approve your return, we cover all return shipping costs. You pay nothing.


Refund Resolution

We issue a full refund to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. We do not offer store credit or exchanges, only a complete refund of what you paid.


Refund Processing Time

We process all approved refunds within 7 business days of receiving your return. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.
