What condition must my item be in for a return? The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.
Can I return an item I bought on sale? Yes, as long as the item is non-perishable, unopened, unused, and returned within 3 days of delivery. The same conditions apply to all eligible items.
